Signposts evacuation is usually mounted on buildings or areas of frequent disasters.
Like the area near the beach, used to signpost the evacuation to higher areas during an earthquake and a tsunami warning. In high rise building usually used for a direction toward the fire escape in case of fire or other disaster.
